Mind Body Connection Series

This is a 3-part series highlighting the connection between our thought life, physical and mental health. Workplaces and community groups have benefited from these three, one-hour discussions

Course Overview

The Mind Body Series of workshops  looks holistically at the health of our thoughts, mind and body. The interrelatedness of all these aspects can be impacted by many factors and influences our ability to live well. The Mind Body series is inspired by the World Health Organisation’s definition of health.

Recognising the need to make changes and/or get help for yourself and others early can lead to healthier outcomes.

Making discussions on mental health the norm
