Education to Speak Up and Speak Out

You try so hard to show you have it all together, when internally you feel you are crumbling. There is strength in speaking up and getting help. There is boldness in speaking out to end the shame. You've got this!

Counselling

Counselling

Do you feel like you're stuck and feel trapped? Or perhaps your thoughts are racing and you feel like you have no direction. You just need someone to listen not to judge, but to hear you with empathy. Counselling for those 18 years and older.

  • You may discover you have what it takes to improve your situation from what seems like darkness to light.
  • You are worth reaching out for support to look after yourself, so that you are empowered to live you best life.

Public Speaking

Public Speaking

"Subject is closed. I don't want to talk about it." This was the line I heard over and over that had kept me silent. Silence is not always golden. To speak publicly about the thought life of the anorexia and the journey to prison that this took me on was never something I believed I could do. To receive standing ovations bought more healing.

  • I will never use the word "my" to describe the mental illness or offence. These do not define me.
  • "There is a fine line between blue and green. Anyone of us can find ourselves on the other side of the fence." This was said to me by a correctional officer who understood that anyone in a life storm could find themselves on the other side of the law.
